I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. "Robert and his crew did an excellent job! We had a large whirlpool tub in the master bath but no shower. Robert took a look with me, listened to what we wanted and shared his knowledge and ideas. They removed the tub and surround, replaced the space with a large walk-in shower, complete with 2 heads, bench, niches and frameless glass door/panels. All new tile and floor. His price was fair and the communication was great. His crew was kind, hard working and clean! Highly recommend AR Crowell for a bathroom remodel, large or small."
