I decided to go with Crowell plumbing for my bathroom renovation due to a few factors, namely: - the flexibility they displayed when I asked for quote variations - the detail with which Robert was able to explain his thoughts on building out my vision - the comfort of knowing Crowell's competency is plumbing first I wasn't disappointed. The outcome looks great and I am impressed at how well they handled the unexpected after demolition. The crew were very professional and personable. Every single one of them are people I'd have over for dinner. That is if they bring their own food. I'm too frugal to fund any banquets. To that end they hit my price point. Another contractor underbid them, but I felt it worth a little extra to opt for the licensed plumbing expertise of Crowell Plumbing. I'm very happy with my choice. Great work guys!!

We had a great experience with A R Crowell Plumbing! We knew the project of replacing our water main pipe would be expensive, but A R Crowell beat out the competition with their pricing! They even handled all the permits that were needed with the county. The day came and there were complications not originally foreseen, and the entire team handled it well. There was an additional charge for the new work, but that was already stipulated in the signed contract. No hidden fees, no trying to sell us a contract or things we did not need. We will definitely use them again! As a side note, I will say that the communication could improve in some areas, but I will honestly take a fair price with excellent staff and quality work over some slight confusion any day. Thanks to the excellent A.R. Crowell team for their great work!

We have worked with Robert and his crew twice now and would highly recommend them to anyone. They did a great job redoing our entire shower and tub. Their price was way under anyone else who gave us quotes and was done quickly with great quality. They were accommodating and respectful of our home. Later when we had a pipe issue in the kitchen on a holiday they helped us through and saved us the emergency rates. Robert seems to run this business the way I wish everyone in the service industry did; he runs it with kindness, honesty and respect.

I have used this plumber for 3 large projects over the past few years. The prices they quoted were lower than other competitors. I have been extremely pleased with their results and are my first choice for any future plumbing needs.

A R Crowell completed the project I asked them to but communication was pretty poor. I could not get them to give me a copy of the receipt for the shower pan they installed which came with a lifetime warranty. Then they installed their own shower door which I had to pay for instead of even trying to see if the one I had previously installed would work. The quality of the work has been good so far. I just wish communication would have been better.

Their work was of high quality. Nice staff and was prompt. Completed job on time and finished job was fantastic. Wish I had heard about them before.

Mr. Crowell matched a competitors price and came up with a much smarter way to replace my water main and connect it to my home. The extra repairs he did inside that day were also perfect! Why not 5 stars? In digging the trench to lay the new water line, they hand dug under my sidewalk. But when I got home from work it was getting dark and they had one guy with a backhoe to fill everything in to "construction grade". The guy was working in total darkness and left huge holes under and to the sides of the sidewalk edge. Had that hole under the sidewalk been filled by shovel, it wouldn't have collapsed. The county inspector relayed my complaint to the company but I heard nothing back. Other than that, great work and competitive price.

Tub removed and walk in shower installed. Very professional company. Robert and his crew explained everything they were doing. They were so neat. Never knew they were working in my bathroom. I would give them 10 stars!! What a great company and wonderful people. Thank you Robert!!!

Mr. Crowell was Knowledgeable, Moved Super fast to fix my problem and made us feel like he actually cared about getting the job done right! I had several estimates done and A R Crowell outdid them ALL! Although we should be ok with plumbing for awhile, I WILL keep them for recommendations, the experience was great and we didn’t feel like we got robbed when we paid them! Awesome family owned business!!

Cost, schedule, and performance. This company outperforms competitors in all area. I cannot give this company a higher recommendation. They were reasonably priced, came on time and replaced our main water line in our foundation. This was a complicated job that could have had cost over runs but they completed the job on time and on budget as promised. Choose this company and get the job done right.

They were the first to call and gave the most competitive cost out of the 3 estimates I received. They knew exactly what the problem was and went in and fixed the problem. They even followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the work. I’m very satisfied with the work that was done.
