"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. They are a great company with lots of depth. They exceeded my expectations in every area."

The crew chief, Jonathan, was here every day working diligently and with an amazing attention to detail. "Robert and his crew did an excellent job! We had a large whirlpool tub in the master bath but no shower. Robert took a look with me, listened to what we wanted and shared his knowledge and ideas. They removed the tub and surround, replaced the space with a large walk-in shower, complete with 2 heads, bench, niches and frameless glass door/panels. All new tile and floor. His price was fair and the communication was great. His crew was kind, hard working and clean! Highly recommend AR Crowell for a bathroom remodel, large or small."
