"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. "We had a great experience with A R Crowell Plumbing! We knew the project of replacing our water main pipe would be expensive, but A R Crowell beat out the competition with their pricing! They even handled all the permits that were needed with the county. The day came and there were complications not originally foreseen, and the entire team handled it well. There was an additional charge for the new work, but that was already stipulated in the signed contract. No hidden fees, no trying to sell us a contract or things we did not need. We will definitely use them again! As a side note, I will say that the communication could improve in some areas, but I will honestly take a fair price with excellent staff and quality work over some slight confusion any day.
