This contractor is unknowledgeable with most home improvement skills and relied on City inspectors to instruct him; therefore, multiple inspections and revisions held up the project. He could not perform basic skills such as caulking. A two week project took 6 months to complete, and wasted my value time. I do not recommend him to anyone."
