5 stars!! Their pricing was the most competitive, and their communication was outstanding! Had our THOW insulated with closed cell spray foam and they did an awesome job from the very beginning of the process until the end. Would highly recommend!

Could not more highly recommend this company. The Hanover office performed the work, as opposed to the Frederick location, but they clearly maintain a high standard of work and professionalism. Their employees worked hard, overcame a couple unexpected issues as they went along with effective solutions, and did not up charge for these issues. Will be attempted to run as much work through this company as they can perform.

We signed up for $10,000 worth of work to be done. Some rebates will cover some of this, but it's still a huge obligation and expect quality work and professionalism. Where I have had concerns: 1. A poor initial free energy audit where I had to follow up since no aerators were given as expected, a few lightbulbs were swapped out for LED ones, and a token 3 foot foam pipe cover was haphazardly placed over a part of my hot water piping. (These issues were all addressed and corrected and I accepted their many free LED bulbs as a gesture from Jeffrey). 2. Repeated offers from Shannon for scheduling changes and then being locked into my scheduled initial work day because it would be difficult for them to reschedule me despite having my pregnant wife and three little boys home at the time of the work being done (this cannot be fixed as it happened already ). 3. A lack of responsiveness to my emails and voicemails about a mismatched 2015 (its 2022) almond colored bathroom switch which doesn't match the model color from the information or the picture on the box I was given the day of the installation and being told "it's the only one we had"; meaning the item installed was not what was in the box I was given and doesn't illuminate fully, has a translucent sticker placed over another sticker under it and is an almond colored switch rocker whereas the switches on either side are white and just looks tacky. The installer should have told me this before installing it as I surely would have objected. He also should not have tried to pull a fast one on me and truly I'm most offended by this and have lost trust in Atlas Home Energy as a result. I have much more work to be done and am worried about the quality of the bulk of work to be done still considering my experiences so far. I would be willing to edit this should my experience with Atlas suddenly turn more positive. To be fair, our energy auditor and contact Jeffrey did a thorough audit and has gone above and beyond. I hope he can bring some attention to my concerns.

As explained and expected. Didn't save as much as I thought for sealing the ducts from the inside.

The entire interior and exterior of the residence was surveyed. Steps were taken to correct deficiencies, by a courteous and pleasant crew..

Ducts were sealed quite dramatically from the graph they provided. I am not seeing much savings on heating as I expected.

Atlas Home Energy Solution performed an energy audit for my home, followed by various insulation and weather-proofing tasks. Three other companies gave me estimates much higher for a work smaller in scope. Atlas estimate was lower for a more extensive work, and when combined with the rebate from BGE, turned out to be a highly reasonable deal. The employees were pleasant, courteous, and performed every task to perfection. I highly recommend them for any home energy issues

They were very professional. It took about a week, as they had a lot of area to cover. They cleaned up well afterwards. There was one minor issue but they sent someone out in a timely manner to fix. They were easy to work with. We have noticed the house is much cooler. They had did an energy audit test after the work and confirmed the house was 20% more energy efficient. They were listed on the BG&E website as a provider.
