"This company, 12 Figure Consultations, came to my house and gave me a quote. Simple job, rake up all the sticks, take up the old mulch and put down the new. I gave them deposit. When they returned for the job, they did half of it, and then said they wanted more money than the original proposal to finish it - 2 times more. When I disagreed to pay 2 times more money, they started arguing with me, telling me I am liar, and behaving aggressively that I feared for my safety. Then his partner was following me around my yard and telling me he liked me and asking if I liked him! I was very afraid for my safety and I told them to just go away, because not only I was afraid for my safety, but their shoddy business practices so disrespectful, give one price, do half the job, then demand more money than the original to finish. I told them take their trailors and just to leave but they wouldn't. Finally I started raking it myself, and then I paid them the more money just to get them to go away. When they drove away, the workers skidded his tires in the grass in my yard and went speeding down the street. Then he drove around the street 3 times. I still fear for my safety and even afraid to write this review."

Communication was excellent, crew worked as a tight team; this was a very large oak, it had a trunk of over 54" in diameter and overhung both my neighbors and my house, along with the homes power lines - truly a lot of challenges. The price included taking the tree down, hauling the trunk, cutting the branches to length that would fit in my free standing fireplace, and grinding the stump - all for significantly less than other estimates received - more in line with the cost I was expecting. Would definitely recommend and use in the future."

"They were very punctual in arriving and doing the work requested. Very polite too but I would have preferred that the person who was the qualified expert remain on the job. Sadly a few unintended mistakes occurred do partly I think to a bit of a language issue between myself and the men performing the work. One of my Chinese Dogwoods was removed entirely rather then trimmed as requested and-the holly trees were trimmed but rather poorly with a power trimmer the did damage to branches. They went over the the work with a pruning sheer and improved the look somewhat though. I did have to and remove a few limbs myself too the next day that should have been removed by the workers They did an excellent job removing a Hugh Red Mable damaged by a recent storm. The price was a bit high but under the circumstance was reasonable for the amount of work performed. They did some trimming that was not part of the project free of added charge and overall I would say a good job performed. Quite honestly I am a perfectionist who takes pride in my landscape and a bit of a perfectionist as well so I would consider my rating a good indication of their work and not be afraid to recommend their company to a friend.."
