It took awhile to sort out. Atlas Home Energy Solutions gave me lots of expert advice. They were willing to come out and review the situation. They were also willing to reschedule and wait until another contractor dealt with the water issue and its ensuing problems. They were originally hired in April to do a home energy audit through BGE, and we liked them so then hired them to do the recommended work of attic insulation, air sealing attic and skylights, and adding insulation to the rim joists in our basement.
