I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. He had all the right tools and made quick work of a task that would have taken me several hours and buying some new tools. Great work franklin!"

Erik traveled all the way from Delaware to Maryland to service my pond, which was having persistent issues with murky water. Before connecting with Erik, I had already been advised by another company to purchase a specific filter and pump. Thankfully, I found First State Ponds just in time. "Howard does very good work and very dependable. Unfortunately, he was unable to finish the job because he was called to another site for inspection. The work was completed by a very nice gentleman but he used my trash can to mix the grout and used it for water to spread the grout. Unfortunately, I had to clean my trash can. He had no tools to hang the new curtain rod. He was informed by Howard what needed to be done the day before. I was given the option for someone to come and hang the rod but since I already had one up, I declined. All in all, I am happy with the work that was done.
