I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Erik traveled all the way from Delaware to Maryland to service my pond, which was having persistent issues with murky water.
