The team was great - arrived on time, very courteous and diligent. The scheduler was also quite responsive. The cost is higher than other maid services providers in our area, but the service is good.

Although I only have them clean the bathrooms and kitchen I know they are prepared to clean an entire home. They do an excellent job. And, during this COVID pandemic, they come with masks on, rubber gloves on, and even covers for their shoes!

The Complete Green Cleaning team was very professional and friendly. Before cleaning they checked the whole house and verified any issues they saw, such as a slightly damaged lamp, or items we had accidentally left behind. They provided me with a time estimate after seeing the house, which I thought was reasonable, and stuck to that in their bill. After the cleaning, I was very impressed with their attention to detail - everywhere I looked was extremely well cleaned, including stairs with difficult vinyl tread, fridge, oven, closets, etc. I recommend this company!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They have routinely cleaned my aged mother-in-law's home, without alarming or disturbing her. They regularly clean our home, which has several idiosyncrasies that they meticulously observe. The company responds immediately to any requests for changes or new services.

Excellent. They made the apartment look like it was brand new. They were prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and I am stingy with such high praise. They far exceeded my expectation, gladly responded to my requests, and suggested cleaning area I never thought of. They even worked on Saturday when other firms would not. Hire them, you can't go wrong.

The crew arrived on time and were very nice and professional. We walked the house going over what we wanted cleaned. They did a very nice job on the baseboards and kitchen cabinets cleaning off scuff marks and dust.

The team arrived over an hour late and I was only notified of the delay when I reached out to Sara after they didn't show up as expected. Some elements of the cleaning were well done, while others were less than satisfactory. I was also charged more than the quoted amount. Sara rectified the charge and offered to send a team out to address anything that had been left undone once I reached out, but overall I would not rehire.

Sara has sent her team to my house several times now and they do a terrific job. The team of three women arrive on time and generally finish in less that two hours. They are always professional and polite, and do a thorough job of cleaning every room in my house. I've asked for a few accommodations such as not using bleach or scouring products, and they've easily complied. Sara makes it very easy to schedule a visit when the timing works for me. All in all, a very good experience.

We had Complete Green do a deep cleaning and were so happy with their service that we decided to schedule a monthly recurring cleaning. On the first visit, the crew of 3 ladies arrived a few minutes early for a walk through and their vacuum started exactly at 11:00 when our appointment was scheduled! They did an excellent job top to bottom, including cleaning our hard wood floors, dusting the ceiling fans and dusting the blinds. They paid attention to the small details. Our house has never been cleaner! I was impressed with their consideration too. I asked if they'd begin upstairs or downstairs.. They said upstairs so they could get the baby's room clean and the vacuuming done first, in case I wanted to put him down for a nap! How nice! I would definitely recommend Complete Green!

They are the best! The crew arrives exactly on time, immediately gets to work individually, and in one and a half hours does a most thorough cleaning of our 7-room 4-bath house (including difficult places, like kitchen gas range), dusts everywhere, and finishes with thoroughly cleaning the uncarpeted floors throughout the house. We have used them many times in the last year, and would give them the highest recommendation.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this cleaning crew! From Sara their manager, to every member of this wonderful team, every experience I've had is top shelf! My wife refers to them as our "cleaning ferries" because when we come home from our late working hours, everything is just magically and perfectly in place and cleaned to perfection (they even make our bed and fold the ends of the toilet paper rolls like at a hotel room)! We LOVE them! I've used them for both my condo downtown and for my new home on Cap Hill. I've referred them to several acquaintances, in particularly at my condo building, all of whom have loved them as well...even our cat Pespi loves these ladies! I HIGHLY recommend them! Pricing has been very reasonable at both my properties and Sara worked with us to set up a pricing structure that worked for both her team and our budget. Edward L.

The work was EXCELLENTLY done. They scrubbed, washed, swept, dusted, vacuumed, and cleaned everything in my home. This included bathrooms, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, windows, floors, and one very messy student's bedroom. The hard working crew worked quite fast and non stop. They used non toxic products, too. If anyone needs housecleaning, this IS the company to call.
