The manufacturing process took a little longer than expected. A minor adjusted was needed for the lock. Medallion sent someone out immediately to solve the problem. My Provia Front entry door is awesome. I really wanted a full view security storm door to allow the Provia door to be on full display. In addition, to providing full security. "Not the greatest results - I have used this company before and been very pleased. They were pricey, but the quality of the work was worth it. This was not the case this last time. The technician cracked the door jamb in two places while replacing the door, left paint splatters on the floor and on the side of the door which was not supposed to be painted and messed up the handset on the door. He did repair most of these issues (the paint splatters I cleaned up myself with paint thinner), but since he worked by the hour I ended up paying for that too."
