They were flexible and when we made changes to the planned work and added two new patio landings they said no problem and completed the tasks for a fair price. The new fencing, patio, and walkway look beautiful and we’re looking forward to the next rain storm to see the trench take the rain water to the sewer and not flood our yard! We had talked about doing this work for years and are so happy we finally decided to get it done. Couldn’t be happier with the results."

"I have extensive damage to my lawn due to moles, so I needed to have the whole lawn reseeded. I decided to have the lawn aerated with their two direction aerator and then seeded. They said your lawn would be thick come spring time and would have very few if any weeds. They were right, grass even grew in shaded areas that would never take shade seed. They left you with a small bag of sun seed and small bag of shade seed to touch up any areas that need some attention. Very happy with the results. I used a little of the shade seed in the spring and that was all."
