The security cameras were successfully installed.

The technician was timely, courteous, considerate, professional,knowledgable ,and very patient and understanding with this senior citizen (me). He assured me that he would get to me ASAP when I explained my distress and uneasiness about my system not working properly. Then he made sure that I was comfortable with its operation by having me to arm and disarm the system several times before he would leave. He was gem!

It went well. The technician was familiar with the system and put the door sensors in place. I just need to get batteries for two of them. He set up the google camera and placed the system on active. I just need a battery backup for the doorbell then I’ll be all set. I appreciate the help.

Lincoln & Team were communicative from start to finish, very organized and professional. Most importantly they were not disruptive to my work from home environment. I have previously had not so good experiences with two different surveillance installation vendors which had me very skeptical to trust a third. However, from the very first call returned by Modern Security & Technology Solutions (MS & TS), I could tell this had the potential to be a pleasant experience. Lincoln listened to my concerns, offered an effective preliminary solution until the team was able to assess the site in person. Needless to say, the over-the-phone troubleshooting was spot on. Once on location, as an aside he noticed my internet connection was not running at the gigabit speed I was paying the provider for so suggested the proper switch with ample ports to enable gigabit speed to all devices on my home network. If you are on the fence about home networking or security installation, look no further, I'm confident you'll be very satisfied with Modern Security & Techonolgy Solutions.

During the consultation they helped us choose a mix a of cameras that provide different features, such as voice interactivity, depending on where the cameras were located. The installation team was professional, neat, and cleaned the work areas very well. I am not a techy, so they were patient with my 100 questions about the app as well. Excellent company! After thinking about it for years, I felt extraordinary anxiety in having cameras installed. Anticipating the need for it in these times is daunting, especially when it is necessary to trust someone else with your safety. Admittedly, I am extremely particular and skeptical about such things.
