They were very thorough in explaining what they were going to do before the job and made sure to give a walk-thru after the job was complete. Questions I had when they were done, the owner got back with me right away. They also set up before the job, paper on the foors enering the work area to lessen tracking of mess from the job. This was the best team of people to work with. They were courteous, friendly, and willing to help me move things out of the way to install a sump pump. The estimate did not include anything unnecessary, I was treated like an intelligent human being, and the cost was great compared to the big companies. They filled in a gap in the floor and cleaned up afterwards too. My basement no longer leaks when it rains!

Once and done waterproofing helped me out with a small annoying leak Iâ  ve had around a pipe. The owner called me right away, came out the next day for an estimate, and fixed the leak the day after. His crew is friendly and courteous and hard working. Explained every step they weâ  re doing. Did such a great job, I had the bury some drain pipes and install a rain water reservoir. Very reasonable pricing and veteranâ  s discount.

I have to say that Once and Done did a great job. I had my sump pump fail on a Friday morning around 3AM. I got an alert of a leak in the basement. I put in a request on home advisor not even an hour later and by 7AM on Saturday morning I had a call to discuss the project. Once and Done and their team came out on a Sunday to get the problem fixed. Top notch customer service. Would highly recommend.

Hank & his crew worked very hard to get the job done in 2 days. Due to another job they had to start the following morning I'm sure they would've have liked to have an extra day to complete the job They Installed a sump pump system in the basement the concrete was a monolithic poured slab a very thick concrete floor they Jack hammered threw to install the sumps drain pipes.
