"Hew was great. He called 30 mins before arriving allowing me the chance to get home in time to meet him. He checked the carpet in the house for heavy soiled areas. I live up stairs so he had to carry equipment. He did and provided a great service. I rented one of his industrial fans to help dry the floor quicker.
