Santos is a true professional in every way. Our new hardwood floors look beautiful! Install of master bedroom, closets and large upstairs hallway was done very efficiently and Santos cleaned up every day after work. Price was reasonable and santos was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Santos Mendoza for hardwood floor installation.

He has installed a hardwood floor in our kitchen and dining room. It looks beautiful. He also refinished the existing hardwood floor for our entire house and installed click laminate wood in our daughters condo. Both jobs were done in a timely manner and the finished floors look great. I would highly recommend him.

Great people hard working and a pleasure to work with

He sanded the floor with heavy grit sand paper and said the floor was done. When a professional comes in he will sand it at least 3 times starting with heavy grit and moving down to lighter grit sand paper. I now have deep gauges and large scratch marks from the sanding in my floor which need to be removed. You can't leave those scratch and gauge marks in the floor it will show once you apply the stain. From holding the sander at an angle over my tile it now has unrepairable damage on the surface.

Santos Floors provided quality and timely hardwood floor refinishing, with personal service and an eye on customer satisfaction. We are thrilled with the look of our new floors and the fee was favorable too. Highly recommend!
