When they arrived, they immediately began to work and seemed to have a well thought out process. Within less than an hour, they had completed a full cleaning of a three story townhouse with over 20 vents. They also did a great job of explaining the process to me as they completed particular portions. Additionally, they had the wherewithal to not just replace filters for the sake of changing filters.
