His knowledge of property comes from years of experience, he is not shy about being honest, and is willing to talk through things you are unfamiliar with. The final inspection report emailed as a PDF is very thorough and a great guide to keep around so that you can know what might need to be fixed at some point in the future. He is friendly, great to work with, and very willing to offer suggestions without coming across as trying to upsell. Would recommend to anyone!

Martin was punctual. He was on the roof shortly after arrival which was very impressive for me as I have seen other inspectors using some type of gadget to inspect, and without going up on, the roof. Martin did a very thorough inspection for us on a farm property with an old farmhouse, a trailer home, a bank barn, and several other outbuildings. There were a lot of moving parts between the well, septic, and building inspections but he managed to get it all coordinated for the same day. Martin was a pleasure to work with throughout the process! He gave us a very detailed report, walked us through interpreting the results, and pointed us in the right direction for items that needed additional attention.
