This inspector spent the entire time talking and barely completed a home inspection that he was hired to do! He just wanted to talk about all his personal experience but did not actually find more than a couple of items of note on his own that we didn?t point already point out to him as he missed all of them. He did not bring his own equipment for the appointment and only made excuses for why his equipment was not available for the appt. I wasted my money on this inspection and feel as if I have been duped for the large fee I paid.

Bart was fantastic. He did a great job walking through the home with me and explaining how everything should look and doing checks on our home. We had him do our pre drywall inspection and he did find some things that needed to be fixed but overall helped me have peace of mind in our home purchase. I will be hiring him again for the final inspection.
