I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector who has completed hundreds of inspections, earned over 30 advanced certifications and completed over 1,000 continuing education hours to gain the knowledge to better serve my clients with the most thorough and diverse home inspection services in the area. We utilize the latest in thermal/infrared imaging and are certified to test for water quality, radon and mold. We are also offer services to test pools/spas, chimneys, well and septic systems just to name a few.

Andrew was very prompt, responsive and detail oriented. He did a detailed inspection of our house and even took extra time to look at all small details we asked him to verify. He followed up well with our inspection reports and radiation reports. He also charged reasonably for the inspection services. I highly recommend him.

The service went well. He was thorough and I like the service. They did everything includes the termite and radar inspection. It was convenient for me. Others didn't have that service, or one was missing he was the only one who provide all of it. If I needed a home inspection service again, I would definitely hire him.

The service we received from Old Line Home Inspections was excellent. The responded within the hour of an email sent to them. Not only were they able to fit us in on short notice, they were extremely thorough and pointed things out to us that we may not have known. At the end, we were provided with a summary of condition so we were able to make a determination prior to receiving the written report. The report we received was very profession, detailed with pictures, and included all we needed. The price was very reasonable. We were extremely pleased! The home we were purchasing was for my mom and she is so happy. She had not seen the home; the inspection report was so on-target, she has not regretted one moment living there.
