"Hi Mack, I am very sorry that you had a less than perfect experience with Roofing Rochester NY. We have put new process in place so that we will not have this type of thing happen again. Unfortunately the rep that meet with you was out of line when he requested 50% down. Its been our company policy from day one to receive 10% when we sign the contract and get the job on the schedule. After finding out about this situation when I spoke with you, I did send a refund check that same day. Based upon our last conversation you received it and have cashed it.
