"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"Gary and his crew did a great job. From the estimate to the work, the work was done in a timely manner and on budget. His price isn't the lowest but it is reasonable and the work done was done very well. I especially liked the crew at Perryhall remodeling. They were very nice, mannerly (not sketchy like some contracting companies), showed up on time, worked very hard while they were here and cleaned up after themselves. ALSO after he was done, Gary said he stood by his work and if we had any problems to call him. About 6-8 months later there were some small issues that we started noticing (not sure why, shrinkage or expansion or something) and I called Gary to say there were some issues. He said he would stop by and look at it. I didn't hear from him. A few weeks later I noticed that the problems were fixed. He just took care of it! It is SO hard to find a good, reliable, reasonably priced contractor. We've found it in Perryhall Remodeling. Hope to work with him and his crew from now on!"

"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."
