"Dimitri and his crew did an incredible job with our house. This was a big job, but it went more smoothly than I could have imagined. Dimitri showed up when he said he would, the work was outstanding, and the project was completed earlier than expected despite cold weather delays! Because of the work that was being done, we had to move out of the house for a few months. Dimitri made sure we could move in again as soon as possible. Dimitri also made some great recommendations about how we should do certain things in the house. Turns out all the ideas he had were good ones! 
We have returned to Dimitri's Home Improvement many times since this initial project, and we have recommended them to our friends, family and neighbors.

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"Daniel and his partner installed new appliances and tile in my kitchen, I had new counter tops installed as well in my kitchen and master bathroom. I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. I believe Daniel is a sub-contractor for John Krause, but none the less in my opinion he did really good work and communicated with every step of the way."

He showed an attention to detail that lead to high quality results and final finishing and he was also very helpful in providing advice on design choices. After the end of the project, he went above and beyond to correct my mistake in the closet design we gave him. He is someone we highly recommend to others and someone we plan to use again in the future."

"The workmanship was nice, no finishing services were provided so that will need to be performed by the painters. Arrived at the appointed time. I had to pay for materials that I felt were a little overpriced for what was purchased. Overall the quality of work was good but for the amount of money paid for what work was completed, I was definitely overcharged for services rendered. Will definitely make sure that the next project is properly scoped and the level of work expected clear."
