Shaun talked to my HOA several times and even visited the HOA property management company to drop off and speak to them about my build. His two workers showed up each day even on the weekend to get the job finished in a timely manner. This company is run under his sister, through you will never see or know she exists. His real name is Brian G Mitchell, make sure you case search and find out the truth. I been dealing with him for years to get my addition finished and he has done nothing but take money and make excuses why he can’t work. Man has more personal issues, walked off the job without communication for 4 months. Lied to me and said framing passed inspections, they never did. If you even consider using this company, think again."

Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. We went with soft white walls, bronze handles, and natural maple cabinets. Now, it all feels open and calm. Every room has a purpose."
