"The owner, Shaun, visted our home, talked with us about the design, made measurements, and a few days later provided an estimate (including a computer aided design). After signing the contract he began work within two weeks. Shaun estimated the job would take about two months and it did. Shaun was always available and made good suggestions along the way (and without charging extra). His subcontractors are very courteous and all workmanship was excellent. Shaun does not provide an allowance for bath fixtures and floor covering (we used ceramic tile for the entire basement). However, he does provide an estimate and can suggest suppliers he works with.
