tom was very helpful and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. i probably could have bought a new PC for what i spent repairing mine, but i already had excellent components, and would have had to spend a lot more. i was pleased with his knowledge and would be happy to use his service again - maybe to build a custom PC next time.

I carried my laptop in and they were able to perform the services that day and I was able to pick up my computer at 5 PM, even though I had no appointment. This was great for me. Plus they were able to answer questions I had. A great experience over all. I will go there again.

Owner/operated, friendly, intelligent, prompt and accurate service. Was able to identify and fix a networking problem 2 prior tech's were unable to. Built a well valued PC without annoying pre installed software. Good availability for follow-up questions. I believe he's been in business for >10 years. I would certainly use his services again.

I TOOK MY COMPUTER TO THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND PRICE. IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM LONG TO COMPLETE THE WORK DONE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

THE MAN THAT DOES THE WORK IS THE OWNER OF THIS SMALL BUSINESS. HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK AND HE REALLY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. HE CHARGES REASONABLE, COMPARABLE PRICES. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM GETTING A HOLD OF HIM.

VERY QUICK SERVICE AND VERY COMPUTER KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND RETURNED THE COMPUTER TO ME THE NEXT DAY ALL READY TO GO. HE ACTUALLY SAVED ME MONEY BECAUSE HE RETURNED THE HARD DRIVE, AS IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT BUY THE COMPUTER FROM HIM.
