Mr. Kelbie and his assistant did an outstanding, thorough job on my two decks and front porch. The work was done quickly and cleanly and for a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the end result.

Ed was timely and knowledgeable. He repaired my roof on the spot and provided clear explanations related to the materials used along with the process. I highly recommend him!

Did great work, very professional and punctual. I think because weather was going to be rainy the following day and the attic was exposed, I paid more than it should have costed. I did not have the time for competing quotes. He did do good work though; besides the price I would recommend him.

We had a roof leak in our living room. Kelbie Home was able to send someone out within about an hour from my call and even do the work same day. He was very responsive and price was very reasonable. We anticipate needing a new roof soon and using Kelbie Home Improvement for the full roof replacement.

Ed showed up within an hour of us contacting him. He identified the problem and was able to fix it temporarily during the rain storm. We will be using him later in the week to fix the problem permanently. We will be contacting him for any future home improvement needs and sharing his name with our friends and family!

Gutters were cleaned fast. Everything went well.

Inspected roof due to leak. Identified issue and replaced roof vent the next day. Price seemed reasonable, so I did not get other estimates. Very happy with the responsiveness and quick resolution.

Edward personally called us within an hour of requesting an estimate. He visited our home the same day, showed me pictures of the damage up close, and offered to fix it at our convenience. We chose Edward Kelbie because of his professionalism and honest assessment of the roof's condition, and would definitely use him in the future!

Edward Kelbie Home Improvement did the job like they said they're gonna do it and, you know, the house looked clean at the end. So, I was happy with it. I can't give something on punctuality because I wasn't around when they did it like for weeks before or after so I don't know exactly when it was done so I can't comment on that. My interactions with them were very limited.

It went well. He determined thorough rooftop inspection found that roof was mostly okay but he could see cause of the leak. He explained the minor Tune-up package repairs he'd do to fulfill the Roof Tune-up deal. He also formed a plan to shore up the roof ridge area and replace the Vent, which was understandably outside of the Tune-up deal. With that repair, I believe he said the roof is good for perhaps a year or so, with replacement in the future. The inspection told me what I needed to know; the repair went well. He also realigned the last foot or so of the gutters at the end furthest away from the downspouts. I would call this contractor again for service when need occurs.

Mr. Kelbie is a very pleasant contractor. Besides removing the satellite dish, I had another area of the roof I was concerned about. He investigated and determined that it wasn't a problem. He took time to inspect the roof when he was there. He did notice some loose venting and caulk repair that needed to be done. So that was fixed as well. On another occasion I had a downspout that was spewing water like a geyser from an elbow piece. He was able to come out the same day and fix that. Mr. Kelbie is a very pleasant contractor, who I would highly recommend. I am sure the other services he provides, painting, chimney repair, etc., are all done to a high level of workmanship.

I purchased the Angie's List advertisement, and then I discussed the services, contract, and the additional services and fee over the phone with Mr. Kelbie. He was pleasant, responsive and open to negotiating the additional services that I requested that were above and beyond the Angie's List advertisement. I requested power washing for the entire house, deck, basement entry way, sidewalk and front steps - as well as cleaning the gutters around the entire house. I appreciated the fact that he sent me a written estimate of the services and price that we discussed and closed out our contract with a final written invoice. We agreed upon a date and the final services that Mr. Kelbie performed in advance of the service date. The power washing services were performed on the arranged date and were very well done. I immediately noticed the difference in the sidewalk and the steps in the front of my house as I approached. I wasn't home when Mr. Kelbie arrived, but I was very please with the outcome - as were my neighbors, who saw his work on my house and asked him to power wash their house as well. I would recommend his services and would hire him to power wash my house again.

Well. Prompt and complete. One potential problem remains but haven't had sufficient rain to determine success of the roof drain repair yet.

Great!! I contacted 3 contractors who did power washing. Ed responded immediately and came that afternoon to check out what I needed. He arrived exactly when he said he would, gave me a price ($150) and said he could do it later that same day. We also agreed that the entranceway needed painting. He wrote up a contract for $950 and I signed it. He power washed the whole front of my house that afternoon and took a paint chip to match the paint. He said he would return the next day around 11 to complete the painting, and he did. His work is excellent. He is very professional. I would definitely recommend Ed and plan to use him on other projects around my home.

An easy A. Impressive how well he cleaned the fascia (under the roof overhang), which hasn't been that clean since it was new 26 years ago. I don't think anyone even tried to clean it in power washing the house in the past. Power wash of the pressed-wood didn't quite get some dark spots (mold?), which is always a problem with my (Lowe's) deck 'easy maintenance' wood replacement, even using mold retardant, but it's much, much better. Everything else: painting, color choosing, paint finish, etc. he was hands on, fast, highly professional, listened and responded well to this customer to get excellent agreement on paints. His painting partner did an excellent job on the foundation and the railing. Highly recommend for an exterior facelift!

I bought a $449 Deck Pressure-Washing and Restoration deal on March 6 for my rental townhouse. Edward Kelbie Home Improvement emailed me the next day saying that they would call me to schedule the work. We left phone messages for each other before we were able to connect up. When we spoke, we confirmed that the simple pressure wash and clear-coat I wanted fell within the scope of the original offer. Mr. Kelbie said that I didn't need to be present to let him onto the stairless deck; he would use a ladder to reach the top. He said that he would complete the work as weather permitted. On March 18 he sent me email saying that the job was complete. I drove over to verify that the deck was clean and sealed as advertised

Mr. Kelbie was responsive, attentive, and punctual. He was professional and courteous from the first phone call. We would definitely use Mr. Kelbie in the future for other projects. Our roof and siding look so much better after his services.
