"We chose VKB to do our complete gut master bathroom renovation and were so happy with their work in terms of reliability, craftsmanship, and customer service that we hired them to renovate our hall bathroom as well. For both bathrooms we worked with Calvin as our designer and Jason as our project manager, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the design, that the project ran smoothly and on time, and that the final product was exactly what we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to use VKB again if we need any other work done on our home, and we have already begun recommending them to family and friends and will continue to do so. "The owner, Shaun, visted our home, talked with us about the design, made measurements, and a few days later provided an estimate (including a computer aided design). After signing the contract he began work within two weeks. Shaun estimated the job would take about two months and it did. Shaun was always available and made good suggestions along the way (and without charging extra). His subcontractors are very courteous and all workmanship was excellent. Shaun does not provide an allowance for bath fixtures and floor covering (we used ceramic tile for the entire basement). However, he does provide an estimate and can suggest suppliers he works with. We used his suppliers who were very helpful and allowed us to use Shaun's contractor discount. This was one of the best remodeling jobs we've ever experienced."
