Once the clog was cleared, they also ran the drain camera throughout the lines under the house to check the integrity of the pipes. They were professional, personable, and efficient. "We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. I’m so glad Mike explained everything to me clearly- and it all came down to common sense. These guys found the exact spot where the leak was coming from, and knew how to fix it. He also suggested replacing our sump pump because it was the original, and mud was starting to back up. He suggested we do this as it would be tragic to fix one problem and have another occur (and subsequent flooding) that could have been prevented. There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. Great responsiveness and customer service. I feel confident in my decision to choose this company, and would recommend them to others."

"Had sump pit expanded and deepened and new pump installed. Work done on time, neatly, and efficiently. Did not disrupt our routine. Area is clean and upgraded. It is something that does not show itself, but we know the importance of this thing. We have an old, old field stone basement and water is always an issue. The new pit is larger and should cut down on wear for the pump, a battery backup system that give peace of mind for the power outages that come usually in heavy and crazy storms, as Baltimore sometimes gets these."

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

"Because of the great service from Best Buy I feel compelled to update my review below. My situation was complicated. A spring runs continuously under our slab, there was water in several places within our finished basement, and there was a leak under a supporting I beam. Best Buy, unlike other companies, warrants the entire floor, not merely the area around their work. This warranty is invaluable as my experience demonstrated. Andrew, the owner, and his crew came out at least 5 times, sometimes on short notice, once on Sunday, to figure out how to solve all of the complicated issues. They had to build a perimeter drain, a lateral drain, and a speed drain and they had to epoxy around the supporting beam. On one occasion I called because there was a damp spot in one place, but Andrew pointed out several others that I'd missed. Of course, it wasn't in his interest to do so as it required more work. I highly recommend Best Buy!"
