The experience was pleasant from beginning to the completion of the project. Everyone was honest and the installers did a masterful job. I will use them again if the need arises.

They accommodated me in an expeditious manner to repair my roof before the predicted rain arrived. Very caring and understanding.

Customer service is lacking. They showed the day after I scheduled for to complete the work which I refused as them deciding to come when they wanted to rather when was scheduled was unacceptable to me. I was never contacted to see if I was ok with them rescheduling for another date

Everyone I came in contact with was a pleasure. Dawn, Jim, Bob and Robert were all friendly and helpful. Gutter solution was reasonably priced and after the downpour we just had, I can attest they work.

Salesmen were accurate with info regarding installation. Installers were prompt, efficient, polite and performed work as described. They were neat and cleared away all trash. They also reinstalled my rain barrel diversions. Overall a very good experience.

Sales rep. came to my home, wrote a contract for install front gutter with a gutter guard, installed gutter then said they cannot install the guard. I got the advantage of 2 more customers and they have the same gutter installed with the guard. If the contract said install guard, then do it. This company tried to change the date the job was to be complete. This made it difficult for my neighbors and myself. Note; the contractor did not even secure the downspout to the house. All it need was 2 straps. I would not recommend this company. They say one thing, then change up. Quality of workmanship, I give it a 2.5. NOT RECOMMENDED!

The gentlemen that came to my house to do the gutters, were very cautious about staying 6 feet away from us when speaking to us. They were great. Very polite and friendly. I will have them back to do from front gutters when ready and will recommend them to everyone.

This was my second project with Advantage....Entire roof installed. Arrived promptly, very organized, worked efficiently, excellent cleanup. You won't be disappointed with the quality. Recommend them wholeheartedly.

Work was completed with ok results, not stellar. Multiple delays with no communcation. Drywaller more interested in complaining than just getting the work done. Simple job, should not have been this difficult to get done. In the future I would urge them to stay in constant communication with their customers and workers too. None of the workers seemed to have correct information about the job. I found myself more than a couple times explaining what needed to be done.

The team came on time and finished the roof in one day. There was snow on the ground and they did their best to clean up all materials. Found about 50 roofing nails and small amounts of trash after the snow melted.
