"Everything went great. They were able to set up an in-home estimate. Derrick is courteous and professional, and was able to get me an estimate quickly, and was even able to accommodate the work the same day, cleaned up after the work, and walked through the features of the installed hardware with me. Very highly recommended, and would definitely call them again for any plumbing work!"

"My experience with this company was great. I was able to tell them my issues and they gave me several options. Ultimately we went for the full French Drain system. Everything was done on time and the estimates were very fair. Warranty on the work is great. I would call them again if needed."

"C.A. Taciak & Sons came to my rescue. Frank and his crew were hard working in replacing my water main line, and I am very pleased with their work. Last month, I noticed a lot of water on my side walk and discovered it was coming from underneath the ground--yikes! Within a couple of days of calling Frank, he came out and assessed the problem. Blue poly pipes needed to be replaced with copper pipes from my basement to the water meter. Frank even came up with the idea of moving the water line from one side of the property to the other, which was a straight path to the water meter. Both Frank and his son, Sam, were professional and very pleasant to work with. After the installation, they made everything neat and clean. I would highly recommend them."

"A bit pricey to unclog a drain in one hour but the work is done and they were knowledgeable. I paid $450 for one access drain, each access is $450!"

"Everything went perfectly and was done in a timely manner. I have no water in my basement and the drain is working well. I greatly appreciated that there was mess left to clean up when they were done."

"Tru Integrity, LLC lives up to their name. My basement flooded twice this year due to sump pump failures so my husband and I knew it was time to make some major changes. We interviewed 3 companies, even big name companies and Wendell (the owner) was the only one that explained things and did a thorough assessment of our property to figure out how to fix our sloping and minor foundation issues and within our budget. His team arrived on site on time and worked a full day until the job was completed. Our basement was left cleaner than they found it. We added another sump pump due to the size of our basement and that drain well looks better than our original. This will allow any water that maybe overworking the main pump to be redirected and pumped out on the opposite side of the house. I'm happy with the look and everything is so quiet now."

"Excellent job. Cleaned up and landscaping put back after. Could hardly tell that they had just dug up part of the front yard. No problems since then. Now can use the porch as we don’t have anymore problems with flooding."

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

The difference between a right-hand and left-hand storm door is where the handle is located. When looking at the door from the outside of your home, a right-hand storm door will have the handle on the right-hand side, while a left-hand storm door will have the handle on the left. Your storm door handle will be on the same side as your front door handle.

If your home cannot accommodate a traditional garage door, there are plenty of other options to choose from. Consider installing a door made of glass, fiberglass, sheet metal, or faux wood. You can also choose a unique style like a folding, tilt-up, sliding, or carriage door. Consult a local garage door installer to discuss the options available for your garage shape and size.

The time to install a storm door varies based on who is doing the work and the complexity of the job. Professional installation typically takes a few hours, often between 1 to 2 hours, ensuring a perfect fit. For a DIY project with a standard, pre-hung storm door, you can expect it to take about 3 to 5 hours. However, if the door opening needs to be expanded or significant frame adjustments are required, the installation could take more than a day, in which case hiring a professional is recommended.

There are several types of storm doors, including vinyl-clad, steel-clad, aluminum, and wood-core, and each type has its own benefits. For example, vinyl-clad storm doors are excellent at keeping out water, while steel-clad storm doors hold up well against high winds. There are also multiple styles of storm doors, ranging from full-view (made entirely of glass) to high-view (with just a small glass panel).

Yes, modular homes are typically safe for areas prone to hurricanes. In regions at risk of severe storms, local zoning guidelines often require that these dwellings be built using materials designed to endure strong winds and heavy rainfall, ensuring they meet the safety standards for such conditions.
