Not only was he clearly an expert who knew his business and exactly what the best solution for my problem was, he was very professional, clear, and friendly in explaining the work. He also went above and beyond in trying to search out my buried outside water shutoff valve (digging and searching for more than 2 hrs!), he ultimately got WSSC out to locate, test, and elevate the valve access pipe. I'm very satisfied with the work, I had to have my very old and leaking main shutoff valves and a water pressure regulator replaced because they were failing. The outcome looks and works great, and Tony was very thorough in his explanation of how everything works. I'm glad to have had all of this work done and I'm confident it has probably prevented a potential catastrophic flood of my basement. "Apparently my pipes were frozen and so was my return in the tub. Patrick was amazing, came on time, was professional and worked nad cleaned after himself. Not only that but the price was very reasonable especially for a Saturday. Sadly my pipes were still frozen but he offered solutions to help. An hour after he left, water came back on and I realized the faucet had sprung a leak. I called Patrick back, he came right away, assessed and fixed the faucet (a piece of ice must have gotten in it he said), recaulked and didn't charge me for that work. I highly recommend!!!"
