They were very agreeable and the installation team gave us some sound advice during the installation. Since we have an old house, there were some surprises along the way, but the installation team solved them in real time and we ended up very satisfied with the job. We saw an immediate decrease in heating and cooling costs that persists to this day. Recently, some of the window casings came loose. We called them and they sent a repair crew immediately. They've been consistently easy to work with, reasonably priced, and have given us quality work. We definitely recommend them

- Sunshine Contracting CorporationAfter receiving bids from several companies, we selected Sunshine Contracting to replace all of the windows in our house with Sunrise windows, do a complete removal and replacement of all of the siding on our “Tudor style” house with James Hardi fiber cement siding, and replace all existing gutters and downspouts. This job was particularly complex due to the style of the house and the multitude of “Tudor style” architectural designs that needed to be maintained and replicated with the James Hardi fiber cement boards. This was also a challenge because the previous trim boards were all rough sawn cedar and the stucco panels and lap siding were vintage 1979 Masonite. The quality of the work performed by Sunshine Contracting was outstanding, and yes, we would contract with them again if we had to do it all over again. Their professional siding craftsmen had experience in re-siding Tudor Style homes and were able to replicate all of the intricate carpentry previously done in the rough sawn cedar with the James Hardi fiber cement board. Any concerns or issues that we raised, were immediately addressed by the team and corrected. The Project Manager and Team Leads were always there and available to us, and answered all of our questions. The whole crew was very professional and friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up after every working day. Sunshine Contracting has now taken us from a home that required outside maintenance on a regular basis, to one that is essentially maintenance free! It took a couple extra steps to get there, but I measure the value of a company not only by the quality of their work, but their honesty, integrity, and how they handle situations when they go wrong. A handful of things need to get corrected and added toward the end of the project, and Clint and the gang worked with us to get a great outcome. Details: We have a 14'x30' simple wood deck removed from the back of our house and a similar area of concrete patio installed with half made into a covered and screened porch. Clint was a great designer and project lead. He gave us great design advice, came up with a pleasing design, and absolutely stood by making sure all our requirements were met. One of the problems we had toward the end came from Clint NOT trying to upsell us something (fixing all the siding above the porch area rather than just what was needed to install the porch - in retrospect the siding was installed incorrectly many years ago, and Clint regretted not advising us to just fix all of it.). Construction team: All four teams - Concrete/Masonry, Carpentry, Electrical, Paint - were timely, neat, flexible, and friendly. I was able to chat with the lead easy as needed to check on progress and get clarification as needed. Corrections at the end: During the final walk-thru, there were a handful of things we pointed out, and several that Clint identified that we missed. All where quickly rectified. After the project was complete, we discovered that the porch roof leaked during a rainstorm. Clint immediately sent the team out, and they determined (I had suspected this) my 19-year old siding was the culprit. At a very reasonable addendum, they quickly rectified the problem. I have now enjoyed my wonderful, leak-free porch in several rain storms since that time. One truth for anyone doing a project like this - your yard will be trashed. That is simply unavoidable. Landscaping was not part of the contract, and I knew this - BECAUSE I READ THE FINE PRINT. READ THE FINE PRINT. It will make you and your contractor both happier. Know what you are and are not buying. This is true for any contractor. The Phoenix crew did clean up the year, spread seed, and professionally clean the project. I would definitely consider this company for future projects

"A few weeks ago, I had Arch Exteriors come to my house to assess the condition of a roof replacement I got done recently. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had her roof done last year. The roof replacement on my house was performed by a different contractor but a roof leak that occurred during a thunderstorm 3 months after it was replaced made me feel like something wasn’t right. Camden of Arch Exteriors came to my house right on time for the appointment. He was very understanding of the situation and got on my roof to check it out. The roof ended up being a poorly installed roof and Camden went into detail with all the points of concern, taking close up pictures for me to view. He even offered to take me up to the roof and I appreciated how engaging he was to help me understand the situation. Camden was very knowledgeable, being specific about what went wrong with the previous replacement. Camden then did something that was beyond the expectation of a contractor who was stopping by for a free estimate. He took it upon himself to use a roof sealant he had on hand to try to fill all the holes and gaps that the previous contractor left, just to give me a peace of mind for a few weeks while I sort out my finances and figure out a plan to get a second roof replacement done. Although I didn’t end up pursuing a project with Arch Exteriors, I am incredibly grateful for how far this company will go to care for a customer, without expecting anything in return. They even offered some helpful advice on how to handle the situation with the previous contractor. I definitely recommend this company to others and they will be the first business I will contact for any exterior house service I will need in the future.

"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection.
