"The work was done before the proposed timeline given and turned out great. They covered flooring and furniture before starting the work and cleaned up after each day. Our project manager was Kelly and she was easy to work with, responsive and had great insight on various selections that we made. DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen? of Greater Fredericksburg provided excellent service and support throughout the entire remodeling process.  Steve Everett, the General Manager, planned and negotiated all aspects of the project from start to finish.  We were new to the process, so Steve explained all options and the implications of the various choices.  He made recommendations based upon the quality and durability of the options.  He regularly visited the work site to ensure excellent service.  At the final stages of the project Steve personally performed detail work, to address and resolve our concerns. 

All of his subcontractors were excellent.  They arrived on time, protected the interior of my home from any and all debris throughout the process, and were courteous and professional.  Initially the subcontractors laid down a plastic cover for dust protection.  They put floor runners in place between the work area and exit door.  These stayed in place throughout the project.  The subcontractors cleaned up and removed all debris.

 The contractor who handled installation of the shower valve, shower outlet, and handle bars checked with me regularly to ensure proper placement  of these items,  The tile people went a step above the contract requirements and put a corner seat in the shower for me!  The glass contractors explained out to properly care for the shower enclosure.

"Tony (Master Plumber) was great! Not only was he clearly an expert who knew his business and exactly what the best solution for my problem was, he was very professional, clear, and friendly in explaining the work. He also went above and beyond in trying to search out my buried outside water shutoff valve (digging and searching for more than 2 hrs!), he ultimately got WSSC out to locate, test, and elevate the valve access pipe. I'm very satisfied with the work, I had to have my very old and leaking main shutoff valves and a water pressure regulator replaced because they were failing. The outcome looks and works great, and Tony was very thorough in his explanation of how everything works. I'm glad to have had all of this work done and I'm confident it has probably prevented a potential catastrophic flood of my basement. All-in-all, I'm very satisfied and feel the price was fair and reasonable for the work done. Thanks!"
