"We had five different things for Lou to fix, including a chandelier that needed to be lowered and made level. Lou rounded the oval links in the chain that held the chandelier and that made it level for the first time! He figured out why a ceiling fan was making noise and why another one wasn’t working at all. He also replaced part of our electric panel which had somehow gotten water inside and was corroded. We didn’t have the right part to change lights in our Faber stove hood, but Lou did, and quickly replaced them for us.
