"On my shared driveway I noticed the concrete culvert was beginning to erode and shift. The crew came when scheduled to repair the culvert. The drainage area needed to be reshaped and have stone added to help with erosion issues. A cement footing was created to help hold up the concrete tubes and than concrete was packed in around the tubes help hold them in place. The job took several days to complete. I am very satisfied with the overall work. There was a lot of work put in to make the finished job look good and it does look good. I am giving a B for quality because the trucks they parked on my yard left large ruts in my yard. I watched the workers kick leaves over the ruts to hide them. When I complained they sent some one back to fix the ruts. That some one came back and with his foot kicked the top of ruts off, jumped back in the truck and left. I still have ruts that I will fix with my shovel and rake in spring. Such a shame. I will defiantly use them again in the future."

He followed up with me as I awaited financing and was more that willing to rewrite the original proposal for the pricing and features I wanted. He left me materials to make decisions on paver styles and color and worked out final details to enhance the effect of what I wanted. A double car driveway, new walkway extension, an existing porch and porch and walkway redone in pavers were laid and finely finished in 5 business days! His work crews don't dawdle and work purposefully and methodically to achieve a professional look and finish. No short cuts, no pulling a fast move to deliver less than what I expected and was paying for. The clean-up of their work areas was complete and thorough. Mr. Rivas and his employees earned my trust and respect for demonstrating their commitment and professionalism as craftsmen. I appreciated too, their respect for my home and property. "Concreto Plus was responsive in coming by to provide an estimate for the job. They described the process in detail, and gave me a lower price than 2 other estimates. The work was delayed by weather, but was quickly rescheduled. They completely removed the original concrete driveway, installed a bed of stone, and a steel framework. The following day, they installed, graded (so water runs off to the street), and broom textured the driveway. They were respectful of the plants around the driveway. I'm very happy with the final product."

"The trucks pulled up at 8:00 AM ready to go to work.  I was concerned as it began to pour rain and contacted their supervisor.  He checked the weather radar and saw that it was going to clear up later in the day. The crew decided to do some minor jobs and return when the weather had cleared.  Sure enough, they were back at 12:00 PM ready to get to work.  They trimmed and cleared the canopy of a 35 year old maple tree.  Three professionals worked diligently for 2 hours on this tree.  It looked great when they were finished.  They then worked on two smaller trees and did some minor storm damage trimming.  The job was completed by 3:00 PM.  I was especially excited to see that all branches were mulched on site and hauled away.  They even raked all the leaf and small branch debris from the yard, washed down the driveway and left my yard looking amazing!!!  The crew "chief" was very personable and professional.  I truly appreciated their work ethic and willingness to take the time to produce quality work.
