Showed up briefly with only a couple of supplies to get the deposit, and then left to "get a tool from another site", and never returned. constant lies about why return to house was delayed only after times had passed and I reached out. last lie was "someone in the office tested positive for covid"."

"Leakage in water line. Ice maker and water line was installed. I was totally shocked at the price but came recommended. I thought that the leaking line would have been removed instead it was capped and wasn't capped correctly which I had to point out. I thought the he $1100 was including to remove old line. My error for understanding this. Installed a 5ft water line from my fridge to the sink (5 feet distance) and was charged $1100 which I leaned later was about triple the average price for that type of job."
