"I was very impressed with the follow up calls. Marlene was patient and called back multiple times. When I finally scheduled the appointment Tom was professional and thorough in his assessment. Another company told me I needed to replace parts on my water filter system that would take months to order. Tom, said they just needed set properly and it will work. The best part was a flat fee for the service call and parts if needed. I was so happy I can't thank you enough. Honesty should be rewarded!"

"I hired JC Flood to fix my hot water heater. They popped over for a quick appointment and our hot water heater worked for a few days before dying again. "We had the reverse osmosis put in for our drinking water. Then we had the whole house filtration system put in. Justin and Charlie tested our water for free and gave us the results.
