"The assignment went well. The tech (Stacy) was very knowledge and explain to me the in and out of what might be the issue with the unit. Once the issue was diagnose, Stacy got right to work and resolved the problem within no time. My house is now cooling and ready for the our next HEAT wave. I highly recommend him and HPC services. They did and excellent job attending to my needs and was pretty reasonable in their pricing......Thanks guys!!!!!"

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Fine. I was very pleased from start to finish at its different stages: clarified probable problem; inquiry about vaccination status; alert to me that the HVAC professional was on his way; greeting/introduction at the door; person was masked up & then put on booties over his shoes upon entering my residence; confirmed problem and solution; explained it to me in great detail (since I always have a LOT of questions); secured my additional fees (on-line w/receipt); ordered parts, which arrived QUICKLY; rescheduled a return-repair; fixed my water heater. ALA...I have hot water again. Easy-peezy. So grateful. In the end, we always pay for a trusted service provider. Dispatch person (one of the co-owners, Lori, was particularly empathetic to my situation as a person on a fixed income. Defininitely recommend to others."

"Robert saved me a ton of money by informing me that I did NOT need to completely replace our shower handle units and in turn redo a bathtub. He found a simple solution to a problem I had previously been told need intensive work. He was readily available to come and give an estimate for the work. He was pleasant, punctual, informative, and followed through on the work discussed. He even agreed to recaulk our shower that I had tried to do myself.
