I highly recommend this company. They were professional, very courteous and very responsive to questions and concerns. They installed 2 BB filters and a UV purifier, and the workmanship is impressive.

I can't say enough good things about this company.

It was an excellent experience. The tech took the time to patiently explain the issue and then set about correcting the problem. My water quality is now great and we are happy customers.

Previously, I had another system. The Hague uses a fraction of the salt that my previous system used - which mean less bags and less waste! The RO is even better! I never have to haul in 5 gallon bottles. Saves my back and the planet. All we use are reusable bottles now! My Hague RO water tastes so good - it is hard to drink other water.

I worked with them for my home and office and we use there water filtration products, highly recommend.

Have a whole home water filter (Aquasana) that was already installed. Was happy to find an outfit that was comfortable working with a system they didn't install. I was really impressed with Hague. Herminio arrived right on time and quickly understood what he had to do. He quickly and carefully got the new water softening tanks primed, flushed, and installed. He took care to check for leaks. Will definitely hire Hague again.

Not good at all. They did not have a certified plumber on site for installation. The service folks on site did a shotty job installing. They hooked up the equipment poorly and caused a slow dripping leak that caused water damage from the kitchen through floors/subfloor into the basement which required home repair through insurance. The product works good, but they did not have licensed technicians on the job which is a requirement during installation. They also misquoted and we ended up paying more than we were originally quoted for the necessary equipment.

From start to finish, I got more help than I knew I would have. when the technician was leaving he would not even allow me to open the door for him even though hes' been carrying 2 buckets of things, very professional.

I used the services of Hague Quality Water of Maryland when I needed a plumber to install a new hot water heater. The tank started leaking in the middle of the night and my call to them was returned before their posted opening hours. I spoke with Brian Edwards several times that morning and all I had to do was email a picture of my current tank and they took care of the rest. The service man, Chris, was at my house at 11:00 AM and within a couple of hours he had the new tank up and running. I really felt like my plumbing issue was their priority and I got outstanding customer service. Several months later I had a plumbing problem in the kitchen sink and called Hague again. This time Brian S. was my repairman. He replaced the broken garbage disposal and he also fixed a dripping faucet and solved a problem related to the drainage of the dishwasher. I highly recommend this company.

They responded quickly, communicated results to us, discussed options, took the actions we chose. They did what was needed quickly and got us the certification for the well that we needed for settlement.

Usually it’s the same tech which I appreciate becuz he comes in and checks out system, asks if we have any questions or problems and tells us if we need to do anything different or if all is good.

These guys are always on time, do a good job promptly, and charge a reasonably fair price. I've never had a bad experience with them and I've been using them since about 2001, I think.

I thought charge for service was a bit much for extent and of work performed. Probably took 20 min. However, when trying to figure out source of crystals, plumber found a screw under bottom of tank which had slowly been working itself through bottom. For many months, a very small leak had been producing the crystals - then a day or two before plumber's arrival, a clear flow of water had caused a significant drop in tank level. Company told him to replace tank at no charge.

Bi yearly service contract is reasonable and quality salt delivered two or three times a year depending on water usage. Very satisfied with service.

I just wanted to take a second to complement the professionalism and good service provided by the tech that came out for this service call. We’ve had the misfortune to need three services come out to out home this week for a variety of repairs. The first two reeked of cigarette smoke and I watched one drop a burning cigarette onto my walkway and step on it. The second I had to listen to mildly raciest stories of his other service calls of the day. Scheduling was “between eight and four”. Your tech arrived in the designated time window, was professional, clean, and knew his product and what was needed to fix it. He offered a range of solutions from a pre-owned part to potential system replacement. No high pressure attempt to milk it for the most money. In the end he fixed the problem for a reasonable cost and even filled my chem injector holding tank to the extent possible. I didn’t remember to request this when I made the appointment so he didn’t have the eight gallons required to do a full refill. He offered to use the four he had to get it half full saving me from making another appointment. While this was just this not atypical service from Hague, it apparently is in the service industry. Every eight to ten months I have regular service where the water is tested, softener checked, chemical injector (acid neutralization) refilled, and salt bags delivered and have always had a good experience. I will continue to use them.

The salesman sold us two items -- one of those we did not need and could not install. The technician, however, was fantastic. He was honest, thorough and did a fantastic job installing the water softener. Be careful of purchasing the under-the-sink unit; if you have a decent water softener, you may not need it (and our sink area was too small for it anyway). The company was fine with removing it from our invoice, so all worked out well. I still cannot say enough nice things about the technician who installed our system. I would recommend Hague Quality Water just because of him.
