"In 2007, I had the entire basement retrofitted for drainage as I was having some seepage problems in certain areas. Another waterproofing company based in Glen Burnie worked on it, however, when it came to the basement bathroom they didn't replace approximately 11 feet of pipe near the vanity and toilet. Guess what, after 6 years, that area of the bathroom started getting flooded with water every time it rained. It got to a point where I could not tolerate the nuisance that we had to put up with and tried calling the original company but they were out of business and I was left with no option but to hire another company to do the 11' of pipeline. Ameri-Dry staff came over and discussed with me the different options and we agreed upon a price. Mike and his staff worked very well in the more efficient manner on the day of the repairs.
