"Roland jr and his crew from MD Waterproofing did a great job under difficult circumstances. A previous renovation by a previous owner dropped the basement floor. What we didnâ t realize is that they had never added underpins so the foundation was undermined. Once Rolandâ s crew broke into a wall to solve a leak, they saw this.
