He made it a point to communicate with us and ensure our happiness throughout the process which consisted of a full basement waterproofing and reconstruction. The craftsmanship was unparalleled. John, In one word: incredible . First let me say your team of R, R and R. were very impressive. They were on time. They told me what they were going to do and did exactly what you and I had discussed. They were neat and the clean up was great. The job was finished in a timely manner . Second, about two hours after the job was completed, it rained so hard. The garage area, that was not part of the job, had puddles of water in it The sump pump area, where the job was done was bone dry!ð   ð   ð   I am very happy with what I see. Since the heavy rain, I have not heard the sump pump come on yet. I am waiting for that sound . Question, should the wall in the sump pump area be painted and if so, how long should I let the area cure? Third, I think we should take a serious look at the garage to determine, in detail, what needs to be done and the costs Fourth, please don't forget to text a copy of the agreement and the limited warranty. John the owner was very professional. He explained all aspects of the waterproofing work that was to be done. Any questions we had, he answered so that we understood what was to be done. He was respectful and pleasant during the entire process. When we left messages needing to speak to John, he was prompt in returning our calls or texts. John's crew was also professional and resp0ectful. They were thorough in performing the waterproofing job as John had explained it. The work was completed within the timeframe. The crew did a great job on the waterproofing as well as cleaning up the areas. We are very pleased with the completed. There has been an extremely heavy rain for an extended period of time since the work was completed. I can honestly say the water problem is no longer an issue--basement is totally dry. Brother's Waterproofing has been the most honest, reliable, meticulous, and hard working contracting companies I have ever met. John painted a clear picture of the problem our basement was facing and detailed out his solution to solve it. After that we never had to worry about it again. I watched the workers lay out the job site with methodical detail and an apparent effort to prioritize the quality of their work over all else. I could tell they take pride in what they do and the finished product shows that. We deliberately waited to write this review to make sure that the waterproofing John and his team produced in our basement was reliable and effective, and it is crystal clear that they delivered. We had underpinning, waterproofing, wrapping, and structural modifications done to our basement by Brothers and we simply could not be more pleased with the result. We have experienced multiple torrential rains, heavy snows, anything nature could throw at the basement and the space has remained bone dry, and we are at the bottom of a hill, no less. Aside from the product itself, which I could not recommend more, Johns team was punctual, communicative, and fun to work with. They always let us ask questions and explained what was happening each day so we werent caught off guard. They kept the space clean throughout the project and washed everything off thoroughly after the final work was completed. They were honestly a fantastic group of guys to work with. John, himself, is commendable as a businessman and a contractor. We received quotes from what seemed like a rotating door of BS artists who told us they could do the work cheaply or execute less robust solutions for the problem, yet all told us to keep up to 20% extra in reserve for surprise costs (not welcome news when you are talking multiple tens of thousands of dollars). But, while John is an excellent salesman, he cut to the chase, spoke honestly and knowledgeably about the craft, and did everything in his power to keep the budget to the contracted price. He maintained communication throughout the project and would answer texts and calls any time, day or night. In summary, waterproofing is a dirty business. There are a lot of con artists out there, and our house had even been waterproofed by one of those con artists before we bought it. Brothers Waterproofing is the polar opposite. We would recommend them to anyone, and we have.

We hired brothers waterproofing to get our basement dry from lots of serious water issues. They did an unbelievable job. Our basement is 100 percent dry now. We work with many contractors so I can honestly say the professionalism, customer service and quality of work from brothers water proofing is absolutely 1st class. Highly recommend!

Brother's Waterproofing is an outanding company. I developed a trust relationship with John, the ower. I got ... what he says, is what he does. I contracted with him by gentlemen's agreement, over the phone, and via texting, without meeting him in person. I knew I was not talking to a saleman. I was talking with a person who has done the work, himself. He brought in highly professional 4 man crew. He waterpoofed my basement in 6 hours. He may be a little more expensive then other contractors, maybe not. I highly recommend John. Go for it. Get Brother's Waterproofing to your waterproofing. You will be pleased.

Their attention to detail in determining what needed to be done, the quality of workmanship and materials used to fix our problem, and the care and respect they had for containing the work area and cleaning up after was all very impressive. Our money was well spent with Brother's Waterproofing.

Great work and experience but I never received a receipt for the payment. I requested a receipt on two separate occasions but overall the work performed looks great.

Basement flooded many years. Finally got help from Brothers and can't tell you how happy I am. Everything works beautifully.

He asseted my basement fully and explained to me what was going on under my house in layman term. He also drew a diagram and explained what was needed to repair the damage and guarentee that I would not have to revisit water proofing my basement again. I chose his company because I felt he was honest, sincere, and experts in water proofing. In addition his team were very professional in their work and left my basement clean. Brother's Waterproofing did a wonderful job. They were finished in one day! I've had water problems for 15 years. Now I can rest assured when it rains that it won't come in my basement door. The owner was super nice. He even answered my call on a holiday! He had someone come to put my steps back even though it wasn't part of the job. I highly recommend them. Brothers Waterproofing did an excellent job sealing a crack in my basement wall. John was very professional and knowledgeable, and that is why I chose Brothers Waterproofing over other contractors. Given I had to rip open my basement walls to fix the crack, I wanted to be sure I employed someone with a sound approach and lasting product so that I didn't have to rip open my walls again. And, John and his team did an exceptional job. They sealed both sides of my basement wall and used quality products to secure the wall to prevent leaking in the future. Once in a blue moon a person may find a contractor with whom they truly want to work--a person who values honesty, has expert knowledge, takes pride in his work, is conscientious, fair and punctual. In addition to these fine qualities, John was gracious, considerate and willing to go the extra mile. He installed a top-of-the-line French drain in my basement, which included features not offered by many of his competitors. It was done in 3 days, to the exact specs he kindly sketched out in response to my questions. When a glitch arose with the backup pump, his employee returned to do a quick fix the same day. After many years and much higher estimates, I finally have a basement that I feel will stay dry even in the worst of weather. I am very grateful.
