"While the work went well initially, the end of the job (when foreman was not present) did not go well and wall had to be fixed twice - because the first repair was sloppy and created additional damage. Work was completed a little over 3 years ago and wall is again cracking. If using this provider I recommend the homeowner be present for duration of job to ensure proper attention to detail and understand if there is an problem your correspondence may not promptly be addressed."

"I really like them. The guy was upfront with me and he had a nice flashlight. I think we had a communication breakdown because I was positive they said July 11th and when July 11th came and went and no one showed up. The lady called me back and told me I was down for July 17th. I just got out of the hospital and I was on a lot of medication so I could have misunderstood. They were supposed to be here at 8 and they showed up a couple hours late. 3 workers should up to do the masonry work and 2 more showed up to put the insert in. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Right now I do not have any complaints with them other than they were a little bit late, but it was not really a big deal. Every time I have called, they have called me back."

He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. His proposal was very detailed with additional recommendations to enhance the overall look of our hardscaping. This far exceeded any proposal we received. The price was very reasonable and he even through in some additional azaleas. They started right away once we decided on the pavers and the project was completed in three full days. Project was well done and they cleaned up the site afterwards, replanted grass, and we were very pleased with the entire project."

"They initially thought we needed the foundations and poles replaced on one or more support poles for our main border beam. This was based on measurements before the carpet was taken out. We scheduled the work, and had the carpet removed. Once removed, it was apparent to the crew that showed up that the work didn’t need to be done. They quickly reassessed and were honest with me about the reassessment. Their crew was already on site and they could have easily just done the work and billed us. They had a structural engineer contact us to follow up and do a formal reassessment of what work needs to be done. Their crew chief attended the engineer’s assessment to make sure they understood. Their estimators and crew were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I paid their crew (already on site) to tear apart some wall to make sure we completed the inspection, but no additional work needed to be done. Their work ethic and commitment to getting this right has them on the top of my list for any future work I need done in their area of expertise."
