"This is our fourth time using Diaz for our home renovations. He refinished and stained floors and painted several rooms. He also rebuilt an upstairs deck. In addition, he took care of about 10 other little things that needed fixing. As always, Diaz was the best contractor we’ve ever encountered. He came right out for a free estimate. He gave us constructive advice on the proposed work. His crew got started right away - they were reliable, on time, courteous, and cleaned up impeccably each day. Diaz stuck to his estimate. In addition to all these positive traits, one of the best things is that Diaz and his team can literally take care of anything. You will not have to rely on a subcontractor or having to call somebody else - he does painting, flooring, kitchens, doors/windows, drywall work, tiling, bathrooms, etc. He even has his own tree guy and electrician for when those things come up. He doesn’t just do everything, but everything is done to perfection. Highly recommended!"

"In the past, we’ve typically hired general contractors based on solicitations at our home. This has unfortunately resulted in more than a few misses. But we went through Angi this time and the pro we chose, Omar’s General Contracting, was definitely a hit. Omar was professional and communicative. His crew was great. On time, very tidy, reasonably priced, flexible, and a perfect finished product. We hired them on Sunday and they started on Monday. In two days, Omar and his crew were able to basically rebuild our entire eat-in kitchen ceiling following a large plumbing project. I honestly think it looks better now than it did before the work. "Willis Builders did 2 full baths & kitchen reno + laminate floor install on main level of our modest 3-story T/H (Jan-Apr ‘24). Marcelo was our PM and as many others say, his crew did not disappoint. Willis was neither the highest nor the lowest quote of several but we felt Matt Willis presented the most honest and realistic estimate for our project and he hit that nail on the head. They might say we bothered them with questions; we might say we had to nudge them a few times. We did our homework to help things move along more smoothly & they did their best to accommodate us. We purchased a bunch of stuff before choosing a contractor. No matter what we threw at them, installation was a success which is a testament to the knowledge and capabilities of Marcelo & crew (Horatio, Frankie & “George”). When we were undecided or unsure about a product, Marcelo steered us toward better or more appropriate alternatives. We had no issue, as a few others suggested, with crews leaving things clean at the end of the day. Our T/H is small with limited space for them to work/store materials & equipment. We never felt compromised during 3 months of disruption. (And we never hesitated to leave our home when work was being done.) Is everything perfect? No, there is no such thing as perfection in an almost 40-yr old house reno or any reno for that matter. There were a few glitches as we expected, but uh-ohs and problems that arose were resolved promptly. We waited to post this glowing review of our project to see if any problems showed up, and none did. Until the ceiling in our bedroom collapsed several months later which had absolutely nothing to do with their work. We are so thankful that we had no reservations about sending Matt Willis an SOS for help with our emergency. In fact, we were so confident in his work that we decided to add painting and a carpet upgrade to what has become an almost total house reno. Again, Matt’s estimates were fair and reasonable, such that our confidence in his company allowed us to forgo spending time getting quotes from others. Matt told us repeatedly how good his ‘drywall guy’ was, and he did not exaggerate! Will & sidekick Carlos were fast and fastidious! The carpet install was equally quick and painless. We are so very happy with the results of our sudden and unexpected 2nd Willis project. We're sorry we didn’t get a chance to rave about how thrilled we are with the results of our 1st until now. If you’re considering home improvements, we highly recommend you consider Willis Builders. We’re doubly happy we did!"

"This is the company to pick. This is the third kitchen renovation I have done so I have had some experience with contractors. By far this is the easiest and most professional group in the area. Despite COVID, this project went extremely well from start to finish. Our designer Calvin was flexible and easy to work with from day one. I had an idea what I wanted, and he took my ideas and made them better. I was able to pick and add what I wanted, like adding in the backsplash and sink I found online. He was so easy and down to earth. They didn’t nickel and dime me- the price was the price. Jason managed the work onsite with Elvis and the team. They were always on time and extremely professional. Jason was a perfectionist and checked all the work, his standards were higher than mine, always making sure everything was excellent quality. Jason would call me EVERY afternoon and check in to see how the work was going. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are responsive and actually care about the quality of their work. They managed all the work and workers. Added plus was they were very flexible and respectful with the fact we had kids and were working at home during the renovation and COVID (and had a dog). I found this company by researching online reviews. So glad I did my research because I love these people!!"

"I interviewed serveral contractors for the bathroom remodel at a rental house I own in Pennsylvania in September of 2024. Being from out of state, I was worried it would be hard to find someone reliable. I got a great vibe from Expro Renovators LLC, when they came out to survey the job. They gave me the best bid for the lowest price, and delivered a beautiful bathroom on time and on budget. And MUCH cheaper and nicer than those companies that advertise one day installation, with sub par materials. When we did run into some unexpected problems, the company worked with me to find a solution that I was happy with and within my budget. This may sound like a commercial, but I'm a real person and a satisfied customer, (which in my experience is not that common with contractors these days). If you have doubts, I've told the folks at Expro Renovators they may selectively give out my contact information to prospective customers. Would I use them again? Well, I have a kitchen that needs a makeover as soon as I have the money, and they'll be getting my business."
