"WOW! Alex Williams and his crew have got to be the best people I've ever met for professionalism, a great price, efficiency and major attention to detail on fixing up the exterior of our house. We are VERY pleased! They removed the old roof and felt and replaced it with GAF Ultra HD shingles, an ice and water barrier layer along the edges and Deck Armor-a synthetic underlayment that is remarkable-on the rest of the roof. Heavy aluminum, six-inch seamless guttering and larger downspouts came next. Alex and his crew along with his son, Stan-of Stan's Home Improvements (see HomeAdvisor's review on Stan, also) took care of little details around the roof vents, the wood pellet stove chimney and the main oil burner chimney. They even do interior work, too. This team was so good, that we even had our siding painted-they did this meticulously, along with the chimney-and finally, Leaf Guard on the main roofs. AND, THEY LEFT THE AREA SPOTLESS! My husband and I do a lot of major projects around the house-we built it in 1971-and we know how to do lots of projects, but it was a pleasure to see Alex and Co. do the job so fast and so well. Alex and his crew were more than great-they were superb, AND they're coming around in the warmer early summer to do a flatter roof with MuleHide, to match the 50-year roof they just installed. "Short Review: Juan completed a small job for me: removal of a 140sqf plaster ceiling, installation of a new drywall ceiling, installation of recessed lighting, finish work and painting. Overall, Juan is a really good, honest guy and he did great work with the drywall and electrical. Improvements in communication and cleaning of the worksite would make him a 5/5. I would hire again if he treated the space a bit more delicately to prevent damage and cleaned up significantly better at the end. Full Review: Pros: Juan has attention to detail to his work; the end result was very professional. He underestimated how much time the project would take by a couple days, however he worked over the weekend during his family time to make sure the project was done on my timeline. Juan arrived pretty early on most days (e.g. 7:00a.m.) and put in full days to get the project done. Cons: I was out of town for 3/6 days of the project. There were a couple issues with the installation that I would have appreciated a phone call to discuss before moving forward. Although he did arrive early, he was sometimes off +/- a couple hours for his arrival. This is only an issue if you are planning to meet him, which wasnâ t absolutely necessary on my part. Cleaning was a bit of an issue. Juan did wipe things down as he went, but the level of cleanliness at the end was not great in my opinion. He put plastic over the door leading to other rooms, however a significant amount of dust made it throughout the other rooms. I had to clean this a couple times. In the outdoor space it appears he poured a couple buckets of spackle and water in the yard, areas that had just been seeded with grass and I had asked him to be careful of. To be fair, my yard is small, but still the mess could have been avoided. The site was roughly wiped down and the floor was mopped, however I still had significant piles of dust on most horizontal surfaces, walls were scuffed up and had multiple new hand prints, and the wood floor had multiple scratches and depressions from moving the fridge around. The fridge is heavy, but I have moved it in and out of that room a couple times with no damage to the floor so I know it can be done. A little more grace would have been appreciated so I didnâ t have to repair a damaged floor. He purchased some stain markers for me to help repair, but this wonâ t remove the long dented scratches. Overall, I had to spend 3 hours cleaning up excess dust, wiping down walls, and repainting (rolling out) the walls to cover up new marks (and old marks) on the walls. I think most of this could have been avoided."

"They did a great job with the power wash of my patio and deck. They then painted the deck and I love the color and finished look. They also painted the shutters on the front of my  house which also turned out looking really good. I plan to hire them this spring to paint my hallway. They are so professional and very friendly. Look folks, they go above and beyond and are worth every penny! I highly recommend them!"
