Nelson and his crew were fabulous. I could not recommend them more! They were always on time, very professional, and provided a high quality of work. We had our kitchen cabinets painted and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and it turned out amazing!! Wilbur and Carlos were excellent painters and really helped our vision come to life!! We will be using them again and have already recommend them to family and friends!

The owner, Nelson, is trustworthy, honest and friendly. I have trusted Nelson with projects inside and outside my home and business for over 5 years. He is my go-to for all projects big and small. Him and his entire crew are punctual, dedicated, trustworthy and caring. We together have done whole house interior/exterior painting, full bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, drywall, plumbing, trim, etc, you name it, Bright Colors has done it. Nelson is a true professional and always willing to listen and consider what the project owner sees. Truly a remarkable man and company and I will always use Bright Colors in ALL my future projects. Everything went great. They were all very good and on time. I was amazed at how much they got done in one day.They left everything as it was before they started. Daily they came on time and finished the job in rapid time. We are so pleased we highly recommend Bright Colors Painting. For any job large or small we will have them back.

They were efficient and professional and painted our whole house in addition to some other small jobs within 4 days!

We had our existing deck stained. They precleaned the deck on day 1, let is dry and then returned to stain. We also had our front porch stained. The original concrete was showing it's age. It looks new again! We also had our front door, which was newly installed recently, painted on the inside. Manufacturer was suppose to have painted it white. Bright Colors Painting painted it to factory specs. Awesome job! We have used this company for other projects over the years. They are not the cheapest, nor or they the most expensive company in our area. Great prices for the excellent work they have done. The employees are always on time, always friendly, and keep the work area clean. Mr. Nelson (owner) is present/ available for the entire project. Trustworthy and dependable. Mr. Nelson runs a great company and his employees are all professionals. By far, this is the best painting company in the Columbia/Ellicott City/Elkridge area. We will use his service again.

The whole crew did an excellent job and got it all done in one day. The color matched and they did a very neat job. They even did a couple of extra touch-ups for me at no charge. They cleaned up after themselves and every thing looked great. I would definitely hire them again.

I hired them last October and then put off reviewing them for months as one thing after another came up. However, the good news is that the painting has held up very well 7 months later. They showed when they said they would, worked neatly, and completed it all in one day. Overall, I was very pleased with them. Nelson was very response and professional, and had the courtesy to contact me and reschedule the job due to inclement weather even though it was obvious that no outside job like this could be done on such a day. And to add to all the rest, their price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Nelson was able fo come and give me an estimate for the two rooms I needed painted the day after I sent him an message. He was incredibly professional and responsive. He had two additional guys with him the day of, and when I returned home all of the work was complete. Nelson had mentioned fixing some nail pops in my wall and having it look good as new, and I would not say that was 100% done if at all, but it didn’t really factor into the price so I won’t complain.

It went very well, He did a great job on all counts. When I thought the cabinets needed one more coat of paint, Nelson readily did that. He came up with a less expensive way to purchase cabinet hardware. The paint job was excellent. He was personable, listened well to my concerns, and came up with smart solutions. I heartily recommend Nelson as a great guy to work with and a skilled worker.

Very well. Nelson did a comparison of whether to repair or replace shutters and a comparison of several other choices and did a great job with laying out choices and pricing for each choice. He gave good advice on color to choose for shutters. He painted some sample colors on cardboard so I could see difference. Altogether, his planning was thoughtful and helpful and intelligent and his work was extremely well-done. His helpers were pleasant and thorough. He also quickly, efficiently, and inexpensively built a shelving unit for the carport. Because he, himself, is a skilled craftsman, he knows theoretically and practically how to handle issues. Other estimators had "salesman" with more limited knowledge of the hands on process problem solve and estimate the jobs; I found that Nelson's ability to do all the work himself allowed him to give me more expert advice on alternative ways to approach and to estimate the cost of these alternatives. He was quite good about returning calls and has a great personality, listens well, is very smart, and has a lot of integrity about his work. He is kind and helpful on a personal level: for example, while he was doing this major job, he did a few minor random handyman repairs for me at a modest price. Notably, he repaired a few roof tiles for me and this seemed to solve the problem for a small amount of money; in contrast, another paint company had had to call in a colleague to look at the roof and that colleague told me I needed to replace my roof. I recommend him without reserve for his thoughtfulness, intelligence, and high degree of skill.
