"I was offered to come back to the customer's residence to do additional work after being to the first job was great and therefore to do some additional work. They were very, very friendly until payment was asked. The husband just shoved me the money and walked off. One area of concern that I and the husband spoke about a week before I came to do the first job was an area on the driveway that held water and therefore does not drain well. So after I cleaned the entire driveway, his wife came out yelling about small spots left and that spot as well. I offered twice to stay longer for no additional charge but she rant on and left this review. I have contacted Angi before about these types of customer experiences and as an entrepreneur in business, we need to be protected and heard because we experience a whole lot of disrespect in these jobs. We get penalized negatively and they get A MUCH CHEAPER PRICE THAN WE SUPPOSE TO CHARGE, I may add, and keep voicing this stuff."

"The service prior to customer agreed upon work order was signed and detailed like all my valuable customers receive. This customer wanted additional work done once I started working on the premises. He brought his family there and started asking me to do things that was not in our contract to do. Mistakes unexpectedly happen on the job , we as entrepreneurs know that can happen unfortunately some of the clients we deal with dont understand the nature of business and the work it entails, thanks for the opportunity and assessment."
