"The management and staff at Spiros Painting were 100% professional from beginning to end. They responded immediately to my request for an estimate. They had someone come out to look at the project site the next day. I had called another painting company who told me that they could not provide an estimate unless I assured them that I would sign a contract within 30 days. Spiros made no such stipulation. Spiros began the work about a week after I accepted their proposal. This was partly to accommodate own my schedule; they could have started earlier. The rear wall of the house is difficult to access, but Spiros was able to deal with the situation without bringing in any special equipment. They scraped and patched the wall thoroughly. I have had experiences with painters in the past whose scraping amounted to a light rubdown. Spiros was very conscientious about removing ALL of the peeling paint. The company was patient with me when I changed my mind a couple of times before the work started, about the color I wanted. The work was finished in two days, partly because it was interrupted by rain. The company cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. I'm very pleased with the work and the workmanship."

"My experience with Pro Stage from start to finish was awesome. Like most people do--I had several contractors come out to give me 'free' estimates. Each of those companies gave me one ridiculous quote after the other, where clearly their main goal was just to put as much of my money in their pocket as possible. A few companies, whom I won't name, even quickly gave me their speech about having their minimum fee for a customer to even be worth their time. (I never do business with those type of companies by the way and neither should you) Pro Stage was very different. Edwin was very personable and offered good 'ol fashioned honest business, where each side feels good about the agreement. Edwin performed high quality work and it was clear that he cared about the work he was doing, as if it was his own home that he was working on. Even a heavy flash flood couldn't stop Pro Stage, as they simply waited it out and then got right back to work. My neigbor was impressed with the work and requested quotes from Edwin and Pro Stage once my project was completed. Friends and coworkers also wanted Edwin's information after seeing my newly improved deck, so I'm sure he'll be hearing from them as well. Not only would I hire Pro Stage again, I plan on it!"

"Guillermo, the owner of D&V Remodeling, has been absolutely fantastic to work with. I hired him to do few diverse projects and he was very knowledgeable, efficient and performed superb quality work. Itâ  s not every day that you meet a contractor that has your best interest in mind, is honest, trustworthy and just genuinely a nice person that wants to do his best for his customer and does it so well. I value attention to details and I was truly impressed with his work. Guillermo was very communicative in keeping me up to date on scheduling and then before the projects started, during and after. "Short Review: Juan completed a small job for me: removal of a 140sqf plaster ceiling, installation of a new drywall ceiling, installation of recessed lighting, finish work and painting. Overall, Juan is a really good, honest guy and he did great work with the drywall and electrical. Improvements in communication and cleaning of the worksite would make him a 5/5. I would hire again if he treated the space a bit more delicately to prevent damage and cleaned up significantly better at the end. Full Review: Pros: Juan has attention to detail to his work; the end result was very professional. He underestimated how much time the project would take by a couple days, however he worked over the weekend during his family time to make sure the project was done on my timeline. Juan arrived pretty early on most days (e.g. 7:00a.m.) and put in full days to get the project done. Cons: I was out of town for 3/6 days of the project. There were a couple issues with the installation that I would have appreciated a phone call to discuss before moving forward. Although he did arrive early, he was sometimes off +/- a couple hours for his arrival. This is only an issue if you are planning to meet him, which wasnâ t absolutely necessary on my part. Cleaning was a bit of an issue. Juan did wipe things down as he went, but the level of cleanliness at the end was not great in my opinion. He put plastic over the door leading to other rooms, however a significant amount of dust made it throughout the other rooms. I had to clean this a couple times. In the outdoor space it appears he poured a couple buckets of spackle and water in the yard, areas that had just been seeded with grass and I had asked him to be careful of. To be fair, my yard is small, but still the mess could have been avoided. The site was roughly wiped down and the floor was mopped, however I still had significant piles of dust on most horizontal surfaces, walls were scuffed up and had multiple new hand prints, and the wood floor had multiple scratches and depressions from moving the fridge around. The fridge is heavy, but I have moved it in and out of that room a couple times with no damage to the floor so I know it can be done. A little more grace would have been appreciated so I didnâ t have to repair a damaged floor. He purchased some stain markers for me to help repair, but this wonâ t remove the long dented scratches. Overall, I had to spend 3 hours cleaning up excess dust, wiping down walls, and repainting (rolling out) the walls to cover up new marks (and old marks) on the walls. I think most of this could have been avoided."

"They did a great job with the power wash of my patio and deck. They then painted the deck and I love the color and finished look. They also painted the shutters on the front of my  house which also turned out looking really good. I plan to hire them this spring to paint my hallway. They are so professional and very friendly. Look folks, they go above and beyond and are worth every penny! I highly recommend them!"
