About us
Our company is family owned and operated. We offer free estimates. Our prices are rarely beat and our work is of the best quality. We usually have between 4 and 10 employees depending on how busy we are at the time. We have no problem acquiring extra employees if needed for a larger job. We will also take sub-contract work from another company. We do not sub jobs out to other companies, but we will complete jobs for other companies that are looking to sub work out. We ask for one-third of the total price up front so that we know the customer is serious about getting the work done. With this money we will use it to buy necessary materials and supplies to complete the job. If the customer mentions that they found our company on Angie's List there will be a 10% discount applied to the asking price to complete the job.

"Customers, We just wanted to let you know what really happened with this situation because this is not a true reflection on our company and not a true reflection of events. I informed [Member Name Removed] that a close relative had just passed away at the time that we were emailing and that is why the initial scheduling for an estimate took longer than usual. We always respond within 24-48 hours to all emails and calls. After I gave [Member Name Removed] the proposal and he agreed to it, he then told me that he was in no rush to have it done and he had to work out the details with his designer before he scheduled the work to get the colors in order. It was already late in the season for scheduling exterior work. He took 2 1/2 weeks to get back to me with his color choices. Of course in this time we had scheduled other projects and we had to complete them before getting to his project. We scheduled him for the following week and he agreed with that and said thank you very much. Unfortunately it rained for 4 straight days and of course we got a little delayed. The weather at this time was cold one day and hot the next. I looked at the weather and I saw the next 2 days were going to be clear so I contacted him and said [Member Name Removed] we will be there tomorrow to complete the work. He replied back and told me that he would not be home and I said don't worry about because all of the work was exterior and we did not need him for anything. He never said hey I would feel better if I was there while the work was getting done. Of course we would have agreed to that and come the next day if he wanted to be there. I was simply trying to make sure his job got completed because we can not predict when it will be nice out anymore at this time of the year. We were in no way "trying to get the job over with". I did offer him a $100 discount because of the initial delay in going out for an estimate. My guys accidentally took the paint after the job had been completed. He emailed me about this the week of Thanksgiving and I immediately replied to him and said I will try to drop it off in the next few days. We got busy and I could not drop it off. The 3rd day was Thanksgiving and I dropped it off the very next day. We are a small family business and the check was made out to me Dionysios Kranis. I am an owner in the company so it is not "fishy" to write a check to the owner of a company. Like I said I just wanted to let everybody know the real story of what occurred because we really value our reputation and providing the best quality of work to our customers. We are very easy to work with and we can accommodate you in any situation. Thank you so much. Dionysios"
